Bottle Drive
Keep stashing away those bottles, and put a note in your calendar: the next bottle drive will be on Saturday, May 3, 2025.
Many hands make light work, so please also consider putting in a bit of time to volunteer; either to distribute reminders before the date, or to help pick up bottles the day of. If you’re available to help, please contact Paul.

Pottery Sale
The Lendrum Pottery Group began in 1970 when the group gathered in the changeroom of the Community Hall to work on their laps with cloth covered plywood and rolling pins from home. In 1999, the group held their first large pottery sale in the Community Hall. Since the inaugural sale, the group has held two sales a year.

Handcrafted unique pieces for all tastes at reasonable prices. Dishwasher, oven and freezer safe.

Soccer BBQ and Book Sale
The Soccer BBQ and Book Sale is coming up on Sunday, June 22 from noon until 4pm. We will have hot dogs, chips, watermelon, bouncy castles, glitter tattoos, fund games and soccer! Orchid Talk
The Lendrum Food and Garden Network is excited to host local orchid expert Ben Rostron for a talk on orchids.
Date: Wednesday, April 9
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Location: Lendrum Community Hall
Ben will introduce the native orchids in Alberta and talk about the varities that can be grown in a garden. He will then move onto caring for orchids as houseplants and will take questions.
We hope you can make it!

Lendrum’s Casino Dates
It's time to check your schedules and see if you're free on Friday February 28th or Saturday March 1st 2025!! I do realize that these dates coincide with the Teachers Convention and some of you will have other commitments and plans during these days.
This Casino volunteer event is located at the Grand Villa Edmonton Casino downtown (formerly known as Baccarat). So it is important to remember that the Lendrum Community League will reimburse parking fees and/or taxi fees to make this as easy as possible for you.
