Upcoming Lendrum Casino – volunteers needed

Did you know that Lendrum Community League’s biggest source of revenue that supports our regular programming and events, is the AGLC profit sharing with the communities. These funds help us maintain the hall and keep the utilities going. We are eligible to participate in a Casino event every 18 months and we have one coming up:

February 28 & March 1

at the Grand Villa Casino

It’s hard to overstate how important this event is League operations and here’s where you can help. We need your time. Many of you have done a casino before, but if you haven’t I’ll summarize by saying we need a significant number of volunteers to put in “shifts” at the casino. You’ll get to meet and hang out with some neighbours, while helping bring in critical revenue for the league. We still need seven volunteers to sign up and help out on Saturday night!
