Avalon 50th Anniversary Open House
Avalon 50th Anniversary Open House - On Thursday, May 5th, École Avalon School celebrated it's 50th anniversary.
Doors opened at 6:30 PM for alumni and community to look around, meet with former classmates and view familiar places.
At 7:00 PM there was a program featuring former school administrators as they remarked on the 50 years of excellence. A slide show and the current jazz band were also part of the evening program.
Earlier that afternoon, students opened up the 1991 time capsule and assembled a new one, to be opened in the future.
